The Governance Committee is responsible for the following:
Record keeping of the Association, record keeping of the Board of Directors Adherence to the By-laws of the Association Recommending revisions to the Association’s Constitution, By-laws and Standards of Conduct for Members of the Association, as necessary Receiveing nominations of Members for the positions of Director Recommending appointments for positions to the Board of Directiors
